Green Dragon Cave |
1 – EXIT TO MOONWOOD (NORTHEAST)
The cave exit from here will take you back to the northeast area of the Moonwood forest.
2 – AKULATRAXAS THE GREEN DRAGON
Inside the cave you will meet with Akulatraxas the Green Dragon. Talk with him and you will learn that the Hill Giants are raiding his Lair in search for Dragon eggs. You can then offer to help the dragon with this matter. Akulatraxas will require from you to bring back the head of the Hill Giant Chief as proof. The dragon has some general information about Moonwood and what is going on so you will do well to ask a couple of things as long as you keep it civil and don't threaten him.
After storming the Hill giant Lair and taking the head of the Hill Giant Chief return back to Dragon Lair and give Akulatraxas the head. You will then be rewarded with 1000 gold pieces and 750 experiences points.
If you play an evil character or choose to walk on the evil path you can try and slaughter the Green Dragon in order to get the Dragon Eggs and bring them back to Klauth the Red Dragon, assuming you allied with him. You can find the Dragon Eggs in a pool at area #4.
3 – DOOR TO EGGS
The door to the dragon's treasure room at area #4 is locked and trapped. If you choose to help Klauth you will most probably need to enter the treasure room and get the Dragon Eggs. Keep in mind that if you did not killed the Dragon before trying to open the door here or you just want to see what's inside, passing through the door will make Akulatraxas hostile towards you and you will have to fight the Dragon no matter if you need the Dragon Eggs or not.
4 – TREASURE ROOM
Once inside this room you will find a pool and a couple of chests full of treasures. The pool contains some Green Dragon Eggs and the chests a notable amount of gold, some random treasures and magic items and of course a vial of Dragon Blood. If you do not know what do to with the Dragon Eggs you will find out later once you meet up with Klauth the Ancient Red Wyrm in his lair at the Fire Giants Lair.
