Walkthrough

When you scan Gei Hinnom (Sheol / Hades Nexus), you'll detect a quarian shipwreck, and you'll receive the assignment "Quarian Crash Site." Then when you land on the planet, you'll find an Abandoned Camp, and EDI will let you know that there is a single survivor from the ship somewhere nearby.

You'll find the survivor, a quarian named Forzan vas Idenna, in the Battlefield to the north. You'll then have to protect Forzan from varren for a couple of minutes until the shuttle can arrive to pick you all up. The varren will head straight for Forzan, and Forzan won't be able to take too many hits, so you'll need to kill the varren quickly to keep Forzan alive. If Forzan dies, then you'll have to load your game and try again.

When the shuttle lands, you'll need to run over to it quickly and board it, because the varren will continue to spawn and attack during this time. But boarding the shuttle will complete the mission, and the shuttle will take you back to the Normandy.
