Walkthrough

When you scan Helyme (Zelene / Crescent Nebula), you'll detect that Eclipse mercenaries have taken over a mining facility on the surface of the planet, and you'll receive the assignment "Captured Mining Facility." Then when you land at the facility, you'll have to fend off attacks from groups of mercenaries, and eventually you'll reach a mainframe (on Platform 1).

When you hack the mainframe, you'll uncover some encrypted data, but while you're decrypting it, you'll be attacked by some more Eclipse mercenaries, including Captain Vorleon. After the battle, when you check the mainframe again, you'll receive a partial decryption, and you'll learn that the mercenaries were after the cargo of the MSV Ter Alan. You'll then send the encrypted data to EDI for further analysis, but you'll never receive any sort of an update (if further assignments involving the Ter Alan were ever planned, they must have been cut before the final release of the game).
