Commentary:

Increases the rate at which you gain experience and fame, and increases the potency of potions. A skill worth maxing out immediately as it becomes available if you intend to play your character for a while (in other words, take them through several levels of the shadow vault). It will increase the rate of gaining future points, and make you much more effective. The bonus to potion efficiency also makes weak potions much more useful, and is a major perk of this skill late in the game or on tough difficulties.
