Commentary:

Causes a rain of arrows to fall down over the location of casting. This is a versatile spell that can hit past differences in elevation. Very recommended for at least one point. Cast a few times on enemies waiting for you below a ledge, and they'll die quickly. Treat this effectively as a spell and don't consider it to be a physical attack. Notice that you will burn through mana using this skill.
